Main Materials and Composition

Stadium Seat material introduction: high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, hollow blow molding, this material has good waterproof and impact resistance, good mechanical strength and chemical stability, Good weather resistance (heat resistance and cold resistance), seat color selection professional coloring masterbatch, can ensure the color lasting beautiful.
Sit plate connector and back plate support of stadium seat: the main material is made of Q235 hot rolled steel plate with thickness of 4 mm, which is cut by laser, cut by NC shearing machine, bending by die, and the auxiliary material is cut by CNC disc saw with circular shaft which meets the requirements of GB/T 3094《 cold drawn heterosexual steel pipe. The whole support adopts manual welding or robot arm programming automatic welding to ensure that there are no welding defects such as dewelding, virtual welding, welding penetration, porosity, slag inclusion, spatter and so on.
Surface treatment of stadium seat: sit plate connectors, back plate support, and other components according to the GB/T 18839《 coating before the surface treatment of steel surface treatment method treatment, according to GB/T 19352《 thermal spraying thermal spraying structure quality requirements, powder thickness according to the standard GB/T 1764《 film thickness measurement method is 60-80 um.
